Job Description
BuzzFeed is looking for an Assistant Video Editor to join their Post Production team on a per project basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ingesting media and prepping for edit within Adobe Premiere and DaVinci Resolve.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience assistant editing digital content in a professional environment
- Advanced knowledge of Mac OS, Google Suite, DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Cloud apps
- Comfortable working with common video codecs, formats and timecode formats
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to complete tasks autonomously
- Ability to adapt and meet changing timelines and deliverables while maintaining multiple tasks
