Post Production Coordinator, Cocoa Butter (Project-Based)

BuzzFeed is looking for an in-office Post Production Coordinator to join our Los Angeles team in a project-based capacity. The coordinator will report to the Post Production Supervisor and be responsible for coordinating multiple projects, providing technical edit support, and maintaining the post production schedule.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years experience working in film, tv, or digital production
• Ability to work from the Los Angeles Office 5 days a week
• Flexibility to adapt with changing timelines and deliverables
• Working knowledge of Post Production and Production process and equipment
• Proficient in Project Management tools, Google Sheets, Airtable, etc.
• Familiarity with codecs, image types, resolutions, frame rates as they pertain to digital media trends
• Experience with Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud apps including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder and After Effects, experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus!
• Willingness to learn and evolve within a team environment
• Emphasis on organization and attention to detail
• Open to working evenings, nights, and weekends when necessary
