Job description
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex and strategic capital projects across Buzzi Unicem USA facilities. This role leads projects from Basic Engineering, or Detailed Engineering development, through construction, commissioning, and closeout, in strict alignment with the EPM/PMO governance framework.
The Project Manager will lead B-Complex and C category capital projects, develop and maintain overall project execution strategies, ensure projects are fully defined and execution-ready, and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow profiles.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial plant operations and maintenance realities, excellent knowledge of project controls, cost management, scheduling, and risk management, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.
