
Job description
The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects while applying the Grantek Project Management Methodology. This role is responsible for leading multidisciplinary project teams, driving project performance, mentoring team members, and delivering exceptional client experiences throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, lead and cultivate project teams, provide mentorship to team members, ensure project success, maintain a strong focus on stakeholder satisfaction, and develop a positive, engaging, and collaborative work environment.
The successful candidate will have at least one of the following: B.Sc. Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related technical degree, and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle.
