Project Manager

Care Initiatives is hiring a Project Manager to join their team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion.

Requirements

• Works closely with organization stakeholders to create and maintain the organization wide project plan roadmap.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to keep tasks and deliverables on schedule and within budget
• Lead the project team through each phase, gathering stakeholder input to define requirements and communicating progress through meetings and status reports
• Align the project team on scope, roles, timeline, and resourcing; create and manage project plans and milestones, tracking progress and addressing variances.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and manage project risks/issues; escalate significant impacts to management and the project team as needed.
