Business Operations & Strategy Manager

We are looking for a Business Operations & Strategy Manager to join our team at BVNK. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in a fast-paced Tech (FinTech preferable) environment, with a proven focus on strategy & operations, business operations (BizOps), or strategic planning. The role will involve leading strategic initiatives, managing OKR programmes, and driving operational efficiency.

• 5-8 years work experience in a fast-paced Tech (FinTech preferable) environment
• Proven focus on strategy & operations, business operations (BizOps), or strategic planning
• Demonstrated expertise in OKR management
• Experience in leading complex, company-critical strategic initiatives end-to-end
• Proven ability to distill complex, ambiguous problems into simple, actionable direction
