We're looking for an Associate Director - Heritage to lead our heritage consultancy team and drive business growth. You'll be responsible for leading business development, managing key client relationships, and overseeing projects from design to delivery. If you have a background in archaeology, cultural heritage management, or a related field, and experience in consultancy and fieldwork, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in archaeology, cultural heritage management, architecture, heritage conservation, or a closely related field
- 10+ years' consultancy experience across all aspects of heritage (archaeology and built heritage)
- 5+ years' fieldwork experience, including supervisory or project management roles
- Proven ability in business development and client-facing consultancy
- Strong track record of delivering heritage assessments, EIA contributions, and competitive tenders
