Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology, or a related discipline
• Chartered status with a relevant professional body (ICE, Geological Society of London, or similar)
• Proven expertise in leading and delivering geotechnical aspects of complex, multi-disciplinary projects
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience in guiding and motivating teams
