Job Description
Responsible for completing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Life Insurance Company special request items and identifying and mitigating risks impacting commercial real estate serviced portfolio.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- Prior real estate asset management, servicing, and portfolio management experience
- Underwriting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to follow instructions and take directions from manager
- Ability to work well with others and individually
