
Job description
Provide professional project management, equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support services for a complete range of machines and products. Travel to customer sites to perform equipment service, installation work, and training.
Install equipment, perform troubleshooting, electrical/control work, conduct system audits, preventive maintenance, rebuilds, retrofits, and system training. Provide customer telephone support for technical issues and participate in the After Hours Emergency Call Program.
Must have strong technical background in industrial equipment, excellent communication and people skills, and ability to respond and exceed customer needs. Willing to travel an average of 75% or more.
