Manufacturing Engineer

BWX Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BWXT) is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to perform engineering assignments by applying basic engineering principles and following specific procedures, standards, and methods. The successful candidate will adhere to contract technical requirements, monitor manufacturing processes, and implement improvements to ensure processes are safe, maintain high quality, and are performed efficiently to meet delivery and cost requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or Engineering Technology degree
• Minimum two (2) years of manufacturing or machining (specifically CNC) experience
• Strong communications skills, and ability to work with multiple disciplines in support of manufacturing production hardware
• Positive attitude and energy
• Manufacturing/machining background is preferred
• Microsoft Office, SAP, TopSolid, Siemens NX, Vericut, and Crash Guard Studio experience is preferred
• NC programming capability is preferred
