Job Description
BWXT Technical Services Group is seeking a Nuclear Projects Director (Construction) to lead major construction initiatives valued up to $1 billion. The role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and management skills to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget, scope, and schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or other relevant discipline
- Minimum of 20 years of related experience
- Extensive experience in construction management, specifically in leading large-scale commercial projects exceeding $500 million
- Deep understanding of construction laws, codes, and regulations
- Proven track record of successful project delivery delivering projects on time and within budget
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian security clearance
- Certification by the Project Management Institute in project management or program management
