Job Description
BWXT is seeking a Radiochemistry Data Specialist to support the Nuclear Operations Group - Technologies at the Lynchburg Technology Center in Lynchburg, VA. The position involves performing data reduction, reviewing and validating datasets generated from environmental and high activity samples.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related science
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in radiochemistry
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to the demands of a specialty lab setting
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
