Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required.
• A minimum of four (4) years relevant experience is required.
• Must demonstrate clear, concise, and results-focused communication skills to effectively convey and coordinate technical information both internally and externally
• Must be capable of analyzing, summarizing, and preparing technical and commercial presentations tailored for customers and diverse audiences.
• Must be motivated by long-term risk and reward considerations across projects, valuing the creation of new capabilities beyond task completion, and willing to discontinue efforts that fail to meet progress criteria.
• Must be open to rapid failure, with the ability to adapt, manage challenges, and succeed in a dynamic and variable environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) or Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance, whichever is required.
