Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or business.
- At least 15 years of experience in strategic marketing, capture marketing, and brand marketing.
- Proven ability to lead complex marketing initiatives, including developing strategies for high-risk, high-impact projects.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address unique challenges and deliver innovative solutions that drive business results.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and navigate business challenges and regulatory issues, aligning marketing efforts to meet organizational goals.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and executive engagement skills.
- Demonstrated experience in development and delivery of executive briefings.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement in processes and operations.
- Hands-on experience with content development and campaign execution.
- Experience managing marketing budgets.
