Welding Engineer

BWXT is a Fortune 1000 and Defense News Top 100 manufacturing and engineering innovator that provides safe and effective nuclear solutions. We are looking for a Welding Engineer to provide support to shop floor fabrication operations.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering or Materials Joining is required.
• Must be able to demonstrate superior written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is required.
• Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities is required.
• Must be highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen.
