Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will assist in the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all building and site systems for assigned properties. They will perform various maintenance services, receive work assignments, and complete assignments and paperwork in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent educational certification
- A minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician / Building Engineer
- Training and/or certification in HVAC or Operating Engineering Technologies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a productive member of a team
- Ability to organize and coordinate work efficiently and prioritize in a demanding work environment
