Job Description
Coordinate accounts payable and financial accounting services for the assigned portfolio, process vendor invoices, review employee reimbursement requests, and assist with the oversight of US Bank Visa account(s).
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent educational certificate
- Minimum of 2-5 years of progressively responsible administrative support experience
- Experience in Accounts Payable preferred
- Experience with an Accounts Payable Automation Software preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and meet project deadlines
