Job Description
By The Bay Health, a non-profit, seeks a Registered Nurse to serve as a Hospice Team Nurse, providing skilled nursing assessment and care to maximize patient comfort and health. The ideal candidate is bi-lingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Taishanese, with experience in home health and/or hospice setting preferred.
Requirements
- Bi-lingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Taishanese required
- One year experience as a professional nurse in the past three years
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current license as a registered professional nurse in the State of California
- Public Health Nursing certification highly desirable
- HPNA certification preferred
