By The Bay Health, a non-profit established in 1975, is seeking a Hospice LVN Intake Supervisor to oversee the intake process and ensure seamless processes and positive patient and family experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a home health/hospice setting within the past five years.
- Five years experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
- Current license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of California required.
