Per diem Hospice Physical Therapist

By The Bay Health, a non-profit, seeks a per diem Hospice Physical Therapist to provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and enhance quality of life.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy)
• Current, active Physical Therapy license in the State of California
• Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience in physical therapy; home health or hospice experience preferred
