Requirements

• Passion for powersports vehicles
• Previous parts counter or retail experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong technical knowledge of parts, accessories, and applications
• Familiarity with technical diagrams and parts catalogs
• Experience with parts ordering systems and inventory management
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
