Senior Scientist R&D

We are seeking a Senior Scientist R&D to lead the development and commercialization of aseptic dairy beverage products, serving as the technical expert for UHT processing, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and industry thought leadership.

Requirements

• Master's degree in food science, Dairy Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive R&D with 3-5 years in dairy UHT beverages experience
• Demonstrated expertise in UHT processing/ESL, process validation, and product launches
• Experience with project management and cross-functional team leadership
