Senior Associate

C.A. Goldberg, PLLC is hiring a Senior Associate for immediate start. The firm is a Brooklyn-based law firm that litigates against big tech companies and fights for victims of sexual assault, blackmail, and stalking.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Demonstrated employment background providing direct services in intimate partner/sexual violence, personal injury, multi-district litigation, and/or victims' rights
• Admitted to practice law in NYS, and bonus points if also admitted in CA and/or WA
• Experience drafting briefs, taking depositions, handling discovery, engaging in settlements, attending hearings
