HSE Manager

The HSE Manager will champion and strengthen the organization's safety culture by partnering with operations leadership to embed safety into daily decision-making and field execution. They will identify operational risks, develop strategies to reduce exposure, and lead safety initiatives that improve operational performance and protect employees, assets, and the environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles, preferably in the oil & gas industry
• Professional certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional), ASP, OHST
• Knowledge of OSHA, Cal-OSHA, and workplace safety regulations
• Lead incident investigations and perform root cause analysis
• Communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence employees at all levels
