Job Description
Join C Lazy U Ranch as a Ranch Ambassador and help create the ultimate Rockies Ranch experience! This full-time position involves delivering top-notch service to guests, planning and coordinating guest requests, and providing personalized attention to each guest's needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years administrative, customer service, or hospitality experience
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult customers politely and professionally, resolving issues quickly
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft365 Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and other hotel PMS/POS systems
- Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
- Valid Driver's License and insurability by the company's auto insurance carrier
