Job Description
The Distribution Operations Manager will be responsible for leading warehouse and logistics teams to provide excellent customer experience, reduce costs, and improve service metrics. The role will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and develop strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in retail operations, distribution, transportation, logistics, and/or supply chain management
- Bachelor's Degree in General Studies
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work with all levels of team members
