Job Description
The Inventory Control Quality Assurance Auditor position at C&S Wholesale Grocers is responsible for validating product to be delivered to customers, conducting quality checks, and ensuring accuracy in documentation and record-keeping for warehouse inventory management.
Requirements
- Unloading pallets by operating electronic pallet jack or identifying sample pallet not yet loaded
- Completing quality checks related to pallet construction
- Manually moving cases of product in/out warehouse racks
- Inspecting condition of trailers when necessary
- Validating physical product matches orders using handheld scanner
- Reloading product on pallet onto trailer/return to warehouse team when physical count ties to order value and/or approved by ICQA lead
- Ensuring accuracy in documentation and record-keeping for warehouse inventory management
- Correcting errors that ICQA lead determines necessary based on customer contract
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse
