Store Associate

Join our team as a Retail Store Associate and contribute to keeping our communities fed. As a key member of our team, you'll focus on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and inviting store environment, and assisting with various tasks.

Requirements

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Maintaining proper shelf, cooler, and case conditions
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the department's cases, prep area, floors, and coolers
• Minimizing shrinkage by ensuring all price discrepancies are resolved immediately
• Ensuring all equipment is treated/maintained properly
• Following all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assisting workers in other departments when needed
• Collaborating with other departments for sales promotions
• Performing other duties as assigned by management
