Cleaning Specialist

C&Z Construction seeks a Cleaning Specialist to clean homes and household items affected by fire and water damage. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Prior restoration cleaning experience preferred
• Prior cleaning and/or packing experience is preferred
• IICRC certification preferred
• Prior home cleaning experience is required
• Ability to work independently and work well with a team
• Must have valid driver's license
• Willingness and ability to work in less than perfect environments
