As a Maintenance Millwright, you will be responsible for performing mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on production equipment and systems. You will also respond to breakdowns and equipment issues quickly and safely to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Certified Millwright (433A) or equivalent mechanical trade license
- 3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting—food industry experience is a big plus
- Solid mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills; welding or fabrication experience is an asset
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Comfortable working 12-hour rotating continental shifts (days and nights)
- Good communication and a strong team player attitude
- Experience with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs
