Inventory Control Supervisor

Inventory Control Supervisor responsible for overseeing and providing direct supervision to oversee all functions of inventory control, ensuring continuity of operations and on-time delivery for customers.

Requirements

• Maintain accurate inventory control systems
• Monitor inventory accuracy and KPIs
• Investigate variances and implement corrective actions
• Plan and execute cycle counts and physical inventories
• Manage inventory adjustments and product transfers
• Supervise inventory control staff
• Foster a positive work environment
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Merchandising, and Transportation
• Manage driver check-in processes and delivery reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Support food safety and quality assurance processes
• Promote a strong safety culture
