Job Description
Join CAA Niagara as a Coach Driver and provide safe and reliable transportation to passengers in the Niagara Region and beyond. As a face of our organization, you will deliver a professional and welcoming experience.
Requirements
- Valid Class G driver's license or higher (E, B, or C)
- F Class License, current or willingness to obtain
- Valid Passport
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Clean driving record meeting company insurance requirements
- Previous professional driving experience (shuttle, taxi, bus, or commercial) is an asset
- Minimum 2+ years delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong defensive driving and road safety awareness
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong punctuality and time management
- Ability to solve problems effectively in dynamic on-road situations
