Cabify Logistics - Supervisor de Operaciones

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our Cabify Logistics team, responsible for operational execution, metric monitoring, fleet management, and customer relationship and strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration or related fields
• Experience of 2 years or more in the distribution and/or last mile planning and/or monitoring of routes in the logistics and/or fleet management sector
• Active listening skills, assertive communication, negotiation and empowerment
• Analytical skills, information management and data-driven decision-making oriented to results
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Advanced, Google Sheets, and Tableau
