Payments Business Expert

Cabify is looking for a Payments Business Expert to join their Payments Business department. The role involves analyzing and interpreting performance indicators of payment processing, managing complex relationships with payment providers, and strategically driving improvements in the overall payment structure and performance.

Requirements

• Experience in a senior or expert role within payments, FinTech, or e-commerce, demonstrating deep industry knowledge.
• Good strategic analytical skills with the ability to model complex payment data, generate sophisticated business intelligence, and translate insights into high-impact business strategies.
• Superior communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage strategic partnerships with external providers and influence cross-functional senior stakeholders.
• Expert-level understanding of global payment technologies, emerging trends, industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS, PSD2), and complex regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools to analyze complex findings, identify business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of complex projects simultaneously and prioritize critical initiatives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• A highly proactive, commercially astute and solution-oriented mindset.
