As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and incorporating the best talent, driving efficient, innovative, and aligned recruitment processes with business needs, while strengthening the employer brand and taking data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment for various business roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment or in a technology company.
- Familiarity with Candidate Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and recruitment metrics to optimize the recruitment process and inform progress.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or similar.
- Dynamic, problem-solving, and versatile profile, with high adaptability to different contexts and business needs.
- Excellent soft skills, especially in communication, stakeholder management, and influence.
- Experience working with clients or in business environments, with good understanding of operational and strategic needs, and ability to interact with different seniority profiles.
