As Regional Manager, you will take the lead in growing the company’s commercial presence in Antwerp and Limburg, developing business opportunities, and driving sales performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in a technical or HVAC-related environment.
- Strong relationship builder and communicator, comfortable engaging with clients at different levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Independent, proactive, and results-driven, with a collaborative attitude.
- Genuine interest in HVAC technology, sustainability, and energy-efficient systems.
- Possession of a valid Category B driver’s license.
- Fluent in Dutch (required).
- Good command of French to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners.
- Professional level of English for internal communication and product or technical documentation.
