Job Description
We’re seeking an exceptional leader to join our Executive team as Group Director, Identity & Mission. You will play a defining leadership role in ensuring our mission is not only preserved, but actively lived — influencing how we lead, how we care, and how we make decisions across the organisation.
Requirements
- Lead mission integration and formation across the organisation, embedding Cabrini’s values and ethic of care in strategy, culture, and care delivery
- Partner with the CEO, Board, and Executive to strengthen organisational identity and reinforce ethical integrity
- Support considered discernment and ethical decision‐making in organisational and clinical contexts
- Represent Cabrini within the broader Catholic community
- Ensure accessible, high-quality pastoral, spiritual and bereavement support for patients, clients, families, and staff of all faiths and no faith
