Operating Partner

An Operating Partner is a business leader who works with a company's leadership team to improve the business and create value for shareholders. Responsibilities include advising, coaching, analyzing challenges, creating strategies, monitoring performance, and facilitating value creation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience managing direct and/or indirect reports
• Extensive knowledge in operations
• Required skills in market research, analytics, financial modeling, metrics analysis, and presentations
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
