Social Media Manager

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own strategy and execution across our portfolio's social channels, including developing content pillars, managing the calendar, creating and editing posts, and optimizing based on performance.

Requirements

• Own social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Build and manage the content calendar across multiple brands and accounts
• Handle daily content creation from concept through editing, captioning, and publishing
• Track performance metrics and iterate on hooks, formats, and timing based on results
• Report weekly on what's working, what's not, and what we're testing next
