Program Control Analyst

Role Overview

The Program Financial Analyst acts as the primary financial partner to program managers, overseeing all aspects of program financials. This role plays a critical part in ensuring contract compliance, supporting program operations, and maintaining financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Will Do

Support Program Managers and Mission Leads with financial planning, reporting, and contract-related analysis. Prepare and distribute financial and administrative reports, including PMR reports, Estimates to Complete (ETC), Estimates at Completion (EAC), and client-specific reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of related work experience
• 3+ years of program control or financial management
• Active TS/SCI with POLY clearance or eligibility
• Intermediate MS Excel skills
• Good foundation of accounting principles
