
Job description
The Program Management Analyst I is responsible for financial and contract deliverable compliance and documentation. Performs a variety of advanced accounting and budgetary activities as they relate to specific staffing and training programs. Supports the Program Manager in administering contract set up, creating and maintaining fiscal year plan, rolling forecasts, and project/program EACs, and all other financial needs.
Advises PM and customer on financial matters; analyzes and formulates budgets; analyzes and reports financial data. Compiles data for financial reports. Computes financial data; consult with managerial or supervisory personnel.
Must be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills in order to interface with DS personnel and other government agencies at all levels. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
