
Job description
The Program Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the client’s programs by analyzing, evaluating, and improving operational processes and program efficiency. This position involves working closely with stakeholders, program managers, and multidisciplinary teams to assess program performance, ensure compliance with client’s regulations, and recommend data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of the office’s major issues and priorities, both current and long term, to support effective tracking and coordination of actions. Coordinate internally to track, monitor, and control correspondence within the bureau, ensuring visibility into the status of key documents and actions.
Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment. Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills. Excellent customer service skills.
