Program Analyst IV

Role Overview

The Program Analyst IV is responsible for resource allocation, technical and management oversight, high-level technical expertise, and participation in briefings and meetings. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to provide subject matter or functional area expertise in performing technical tasks.

What You Will Do

Provides expert advice and guidance to officials on program planning, budgeting, programming, and contract management activities. Develops, recommends, and provides interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
• 20+ years' experience serving as an analyst in planning, developing, coordinating, and conducting analyses
• Two (2) years as a Program Analyst III or equivalent experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with Federal contracting and budgeting
• Secret Clearance is required
• U.S. Citizenship is required
