Requirements

• Proactively manage relationships with existing customers and monitor agreements made
• Advise on training, software packages, and additional services
• Prepare and follow up on tenders
• Administer contract extensions and manage customer licenses
• Provide information for internal blogs
• Participate in internal projects, such as process improvement, innovation projects, and optimizing service delivery
