VN Technology QA Lead

Recruitment Background: CADDi is on a mission to 'Unleash the potential of manufacturing.' We operate 'CADDi DRAWER,' a cloud-based system that supports digital transformation centered on the use of drawings, which are the most essential data in the manufacturing industry. Expected Role: You'll lead the definition and execution of our product QA strategy, collaborating and discussing with stakeholders from a broad perspective to deliver value and earn customer trust.

Requirements

• Experience leading the formulation and execution of QA strategies
• Ability to communicate fluently in English in a business setting.
• Experience in development and QA for large-scale systems spanning multiple teams
• Experience in designing test processes in accordance with standards such as ISTQB and ISO29119 and general QA practices, and implementing them in development organizations
• Experience in people management for QA teams
• Experience in QA in organizations implementing agile development
