Job Description
Cadence Design Systems Inc. is looking for a motivated Application Engineer I: Custom IC and Layout to work with us in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to impact the world of technology.
Requirements
- Provide technical support to customers and field personnel
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide resolution to customer technical issue
- Run customer test cases to verify problems
- Author application notes and help provide feedback on documentation
- Use scripting languages like TCL and Python for flow development
- Complete bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronical engineering (or related areas)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Good problem-solving skills
