Cadence is looking for a Director & Sr. Corporate Counsel - Compliance to lead a variety of compliance matters and build the company's compliance program.
Requirements
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 7-10 years of related experience in compliance or risk management matters
- Superior legal analysis skills across subjects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sound judgment, flexibility, and ability to work independently
- Team player with a positive attitude
