Finance Transformation Intern

Finance Transformation Intern at Cadence in SAN JOSE, responsible for digital transformation, AI and M&A integration support initiatives, supporting strategy, analysis, and roadmap of solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to break down problems and help translate business needs into practical solutions or prototypes.
• Interest in applied AI, with some hands‐on experience building or experimenting with AI agents or AI‐enabled automations/workflows.
• Exposure to process documentation and data analysis with attention to detail and the ability to align inputs and support decision‐making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) and willingness to learn new software applications.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Finance and cross‐functional teams.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment.
• Able to commit to a minimum 12‐week internship (May–August)
