HR Business Partner

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven HR Business Partner to join a dynamic, fast-paced technology company. The role will partner closely with leaders and managers to help them achieve business goals by proposing and implementing people and culture initiatives that drive sustainable high performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant HR Business Partner experience
• BA or BS degree, preferably in HR, Business, or a related field
• Experience supporting technical or engineering teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills
• Ability to use data to identify insights and drive action
• Demonstrated experience influencing leaders and applying critical-thinking skills to complex problems
